OCD & Anxiety Therapy

I provide therapy for adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and OCD, including intrusive thoughts, panic, health anxiety, emetophobia, perfectionism, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and compulsive reassurance-seeking.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in curiosity rather than shame. I often incorporate ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), I-CBT, CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and family systems work depending on the needs of the client.

Together, we work toward helping anxiety take up less space — not by chasing certainty, but by increasing flexibility, confidence, and the ability to tolerate uncertainty without becoming consumed by it.

I also work closely with parents and families when supporting children and teens with anxiety or OCD, helping reduce accommodation patterns while maintaining connection, warmth, and respect.
