OCD & Anxiety Therapy in Los Angeles

I provide therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety and OCD, including intrusive thoughts, panic, health anxiety, relationship OCD, emetophobia, perfectionism, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and compulsive reassurance-seeking.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in curiosity rather than shame. Depending on the needs of the client, I may incorporate ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), CBT, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), mindfulness-based approaches, and family systems work.

Together, we work toward helping anxiety take up less space—not by chasing certainty, but by increasing flexibility, confidence, and the ability to tolerate uncertainty without becoming consumed by it.

I also work closely with parents and families when supporting children and teens with anxiety or OCD, helping reduce accommodation patterns while maintaining connection, warmth, and respect.
